Course Description: | Biotechnology utilizes biological processes, organisms, or systems for human use. This course examines the application of biotechnology to disciplines such as genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology, and the impact these technologies have on medicine, industry, the environment, and agriculture.
